Working Days & Hours

We operate Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm. We are closed on Sundays and all UAE national holidays. As a Dubai-based company, we comply with all government laws and prioritise giving our team well-deserved time off to enjoy with their families.

Processing & Shipping Time

• UAE Customers:
  Orders placed before 11 am are delivered the next day. Orders placed after 11 am will be processed for delivery on the following working day.
• Other Countries (e.g., Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, India, Jordan, Lebanon, Iran):
  We process and ship all orders the next day, with delivery times ranging between 2-5 working days via DHL Express, a globally recognised courier service.

Customs and Import Taxes

Customs and import taxes may apply based on your country’s regulations and must be shouldered by you upon receipt of the order. If you need assistance understanding your country’s customs and tax requirements, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
