Flexible Returns and Exchanges

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges policy for eligible items, subject to the criteria outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your package if they meet the following conditions:

  • Eligible Items: Non-personalized, non-custom-made, non-clearance, and not part of special sales such as Clearance Sale, Christmas Sale, Black Friday, and Ramadan Sale.
  • Condition: Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
    Please Note:
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and any additional shipping costs for exchanged items.
  • Items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

Fees Deduction for Refunds

Any payment transaction fees incurred during the purchase process will be deducted from the refunded amount. This ensures that your refund reflects the original cost of the item minus any associated fees.

Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sales, including but not limited to:
    • Clearance Sale
    • Christmas Sale
    • Black Friday Sale
    • Ramadan Sale
      These items are unique and tailored for you, making them ineligible for returns or exchanges.

In Case of Errors on Our Part

If we make an error with the personalization of your order, we will make it right by sending you a replacement promptly. However, we cannot replace items that were personalized incorrectly due to inaccurate information or images provided by you.
